NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CHANGE OF MIND, BUYER'S REMORSE, INCORRECT SIZE, INCORRECT COLOR, INCORRECT PRODUCT SELECTION, OR FAILURE TO READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Policy.

Once an order has been submitted, you are responsible for your purchase. Placing an order confirms that you have reviewed the product information, selected the correct item and specifications, and understand that the purchase is non-refundable.

NO CANCELLATIONS

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED.

If you contact us requesting a cancellation, we are not obligated to cancel the order or issue a refund. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping, cancellation is not possible.

NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMER ERRORS

We will NOT issue refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variation

  • Entering an incorrect shipping address

  • Providing incomplete shipping information

  • Changing your mind

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Failure to review product specifications

  • Failure to check compatibility before ordering

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Failure to be available to receive a package

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within [7 DAYS] of confirmed delivery.

You may be required to provide photographs, video, your order number, packaging information, and other documentation before we consider your claim.

Claims submitted after the stated time period may be DENIED.

If we determine that the issue qualifies, we may provide a replacement or another remedy at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping delays and carrier-related issues are outside of our control.

We are NOT responsible for delays, missed delivery attempts, carrier errors, or packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate delivery address.

RETURNING AN ITEM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A REFUND

DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS BACK WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING AUTHORIZATION FROM US.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

Because our products are sold under a final-sale policy, simply returning an item does not create an automatic right to a refund.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a legitimate issue with your order, CONTACT US FIRST so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Attempting to obtain money back through a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

We reserve the right to provide documentation relating to the order, including order information, fulfillment records, shipping information, and communications, to the applicable payment processor when responding to a dispute.

By placing an order through our store, you acknowledge that you have:
